2. ABOUT THE RAJMUDRA FOREX APP

Rajmudra Gold and Forex Private Limited ("Rajmudra", "Rajmudra Forex", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide while using the Rajmudra Forex App ("App") and interacting with us through our services.

The App provides customers with information about Rajmudra Forex's foreign-currency services and allows customers to create and manage foreign-currency BUY and SELL orders.

  • View foreign-currency exchange rates provided by Rajmudra Forex
  • Create and manage BUY and SELL foreign-currency orders
  • Provide information required to create and process an order
  • Select and send documents required for your transaction
  • Provide payment references and bank details where required
  • View order status and pickup/delivery information

Certain banking, payment and document-submission activities take place outside the App through your own bank, UPI app or email service.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

3.1 Account Information

  • Full name, email address and mobile phone number
  • Firebase account identifier and authentication information
  • Information associated with Google Sign-In, if you choose to use it

3.2 Contact and Address Information

  • Address, city, pincode, area, delivery address and instructions where relevant to your order

3.3 Identity and KYC Information

Depending on the transaction, we may require identity and supporting documents such as passport, PAN, Aadhaar, visa or travel/ticket information, as applicable to the transaction and regulatory requirements.

3.4 Order Information

  • Transaction type, currency, amount, exchange rate, INR value, GST and delivery charges where applicable
  • Order status, dates, fulfilment method, cancellation and refund information

3.5 Payment and Banking Information

  • Payment references/UTR information provided by you
  • Bank account holder name, bank name, account number and IFSC where required for SELL transactions or refunds

The App does not function as a bank or payment processor.

4. HOW DOCUMENTS ARE SUBMITTED

The App uses the Android system document picker to let you select files from your device. When you choose to send documents, the App opens your device's own email app with the files attached, and you send that email yourself to Rajmudra Forex. The App does not upload or store these selected documents on Firebase Storage.

5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • Provide and manage our services and your account
  • Process BUY and SELL orders and communicate order status
  • Verify identity, documents, payment references and bank/refund details
  • Meet RBI/FEMA, KYC, anti-money-laundering and other legal or regulatory requirements
  • Protect the App and our services, prevent unauthorised access, fraud and abuse
  • Provide customer support and resolve order-related issues

6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information where reasonably necessary with:

  • Authorised Rajmudra Forex personnel for order processing, verification, fulfilment, refunds and support
  • Technology service providers such as Google/Firebase used to operate and secure the App
  • Your email service provider when you send documents through your own email app
  • Government, RBI, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where required by law or regulation

7. FIREBASE AND GOOGLE SERVICES

The App uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore for account management and order data, and Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity to help protect our systems and prevent unauthorised or abusive access.

8. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including authentication, Firebase App Check, encrypted network communication (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls.

We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain orders, support customers, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.

9. ACCOUNT DELETION AND YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

You can request deletion of your account through the App. If you cannot access the App, you can submit an account-deletion request at:

When an account deletion request is processed, the customer account/profile information is deleted where applicable. Order and transaction records may be retained where required for business, legal, tax, audit, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes.

You may also contact Rajmudra Forex to request access to or correction of personal information held about you.

10. CHILDREN, CHANGES AND CONTACT

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed at children.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our App, services, data practices or applicable law change. Changes will be published with a revised "Last updated" date.
